Haha I love listening to the exhaust and being like "ooh, I hear a subaru" or "damn, there's an evo somewhere." I'm usually hanging out with a chick and they think that my interest in the sound of a car is the lamest thing ever lol. That means they don't pass the test =P

I work at a coffee shop and I usually hear different exhausts/turbos spooling/wastegates when I'm outside on break..lots of cars that are modified out in the Inland Empire. One time I saw a guy with a bunch of import magazines and I asked him what he was driving and he said "well, today its the rx-7. I have many cars." The guy has an Evo IX, RX-7, 2jzgte Supra, and an SR20DET 240. He comes to hang out with his gf and we talk cars while I make coffee =)

I also like to identify cars and trucks on the freeway at night by their headlights =) I'm pro at spotting police.

i do the same thing and 8 out of 10 times that i do it im satisfied, there are alot of well built cars here in vegas and a handfull of reputable performance shop that makes them possible, actually earlier today i saw a red well built mustang when i was at work, its always good to see old cats driving a well built car, this mustang was really clean cobra motor under the hood and you can tell that the motor is built, and as he drove off you hear a very nice rumble from the mustang...then one time i saw a trevtec(local vegas shop) built 2dr evo.. heres a link to the whole thread for this car and pictures from Dsport magazine, the 2dr evo is red now i last seen the car at sema show here in vegas last november..

HERES THE LINK FOR THE TREVTEC BUILT EVO
