Recently googles ads have been targeted with a lot for malware, and spyware. I got infected, but it only lasted 4 days. Cause i killed it.

In the rare case you get infected, better be prepared. There is a program called malware bytes that is very good and combo fix it, but if you dont know hot to use it, you are screwed. Spywareguard and spywareblaster are good monitors of spyware.

However i was seriouly infected, the programs would not run. What happens everytime you do a search in google, the links take you other places, other search engines. And all because i clicked an ad in google.

Google is trying to resolve this, but it has been under attack for months. And people i use mozilla firefox, and it still got hacked. (not that is the best one out there, but better than IE)

well this is the answer to your question. I always back up stuff, but lateley downloaded Norton Ghost 12 trial edition (full version for 30 days). Luckily i had a back up of my computer, and I always have two hard drives.

You cannot restore the backup if the computer is infected. You must destroy or Format the hard drives.
I simply then installed a clean windows copy then norton, and then reinstalled my hardrive to all the software, and documents like nothing happened.

In essence, please keep a back up of your files. I will buy the Latest version of Ghost.
