Hey guys, on really cold days when its 35 degrees or less, i notice that when i start my car first thing in the morning it sounds like my clutch is rattling. When i press the clutch in though, the rattle goes away. What could be causing my clutch to rattle like this when its cold out? Once that car has warmed up it doesnt make the rattle anymore. Any ideas?

And also, i notice that if i hold the clutch pedal down for over 5 seconds or so, i lose pedal pressure. When i depress the clutch the engagement point is very close to the floor and the pedal wants to stay to the floor. What do you guys think that could be?
