Bold looks or sleeper?, Which do you prefer? Options

Sleeper for the win! G35s have a good potential with its 3.5L i say nice suspension for handling, nice beefy tires, low profile muffler, and a good turbo/supercharger, my ex girlfriend still have her black g35coupe all that she did to it was lowered it, low profile tires, a nice exhaust,headers, and cold air intake and that thing was really nice, another reason why we broke up is cuz i couldnt hang with her ROFL! shes filthy rich and im just a nobody lol...were in good terms so its all good

I am just going to tell you guys this. There is a BIG difference between RICER, Bold, and Sleeper.


Some of you are making it seem like Bold means Rice. It does not. Supra has a Bold look, Celica has a bold look. Sleeper, would be something along the lines of Toyota Caldina, Old school Celica Supra, or something like that. At least to me. Otherwise, who ever heard of a Sleeper Corvette? You know what I mean?


Some cars just look bold regardless of what you do. I guarantee if you just change the rims on your celica or even get it lowered or an exhaust, people are going to try and race you. Why? Because the car has a BOLD look regardless. Since they were built to "look" fast.

I just wanted to throw that out there. A lip kid would be subtle adding to the bold statement your vehicle sends out, a full on body kit with crazy $#!T cut in and out of the thing would be considered "Rice", at least from what others would agree on.

my CeliPig, as is, on the outside with a V6 swap...pipe dream. but as random just said the LOOK of the 6gc is already bold, so would it really be a sleeper or just a car with the engine it deserves?

I agree with Faust. There's a huge difference between bold and ricer. I think our cars all deserve a 3S so they have speed to keep up with the styling. But I think if you go with some TRD or SS-III splitters, you'll have a bold look that people won't mistake as your car being Supra fast. The speed will match the styling.
