Aghhhhh my Supra won't start..., I can't understand this.... Options

Ok, I've been running with a loose turbo to intercooler hose for weeks because I haven't had time to fix it. So this last Friday night, I had time and started working on it. I clamped it to the pipe, and put everything back together...engine starts, runs smooth, I nail it, it almost broke my neck from the torque...I drive to my apartment, 5 miles from the airfield I work at, I turn off the car...steam comes out of the hood...I open it up...coolant smell, I decide to check it the next day, morning comes, I open the hood, check the radiator...BONE DRY, I check the reservoir, BONE DRY...I'm scratching my head...none of my coolant sensors are connected but that's no reason. Anyway, I go to Pep Boys, bought oil, spark plugs, coolant and thermostat. I spend 10 hours dismantling everything to get access to the spark plugs, replace the, put everything together...then I change the thermostat, and my oil and reservice everything...I stayed there until midnight. Anyway, I'm ready to crank it up, I turn on the engine, everything smooth as butter, except I see foam coming out from the top of the turbo...I look closer and it's the water hose that goes from the radiator to the turbo...it was cracked...the damn hose, which is supposed to be soft and rubbery, was hard as plastic. So I turb off the engine, go upstaris to find a piece of hose, I install it, then try to start the car and it won't...it cranks but it won't start...anyway, I was so tired, I went to bed. Yesterday (Sunday), I start inspecting all the fuses and sensors to make sure they were good, everything looks normal...I check the voltage of the cables that go to the coil pack...they have 12 volts....I removed the spark plug cables, and I didn't hear the sparks getting all crazy...I didn't see sparks neither. How the hell does the coil stop working all of a sudden...in less than a minute? Can somebody explain this? I'm intrigued.

check the plugs and wires. make sure the grounds are in place too.
