seems as if...like the title says, slowly winding down. Ive been putting money aside for another project, and am working to get the Celi to be a good DD.

Dunlops are basically burnt up
Possibly looking for an extra set of wheels so I can have softs on one and durable tires on the other.

im really excited for the future project, ive been looking into it for a while, doing the research and all that....just have to wait for the car to pop up for sale.......

-2.5 or -3 i think.

nothing much is coming up for her. most likely a new set of stickys within the next month. probably something a bit cheaper and lest sticky than my dirrezzas. i burned through them WAY to fast. most of my money nowadays had been going to cameras and stocks lol. going to switzerland in june so im spending massive amts. on camera equipment.

Lol that camber is just a little higher than mine. Looks like fender rolling may be in order if you wanna DD it. smile.gif Advance Autoparts sells Moog camber bolts for our cars for around $20 a bolt. Yeah, that's pricey, but it's lifetime warranty and it's done correctly. I kept getting told to just go to home depot and get a smaller bolt, but I don't like that idea. The Moog ones only do -1.25 to 1.25 so... it may not get rid of all of that, but it'll help.

Are you running that much rear comber by choice? If so howcome? are there advantages to it?

Or is it just cause you have dropped it is?

by choice. the tires have handled that camber wear wonderfully. over 2 years of daily driving it with about 10 auto-x's and they are at about half. I changed the camber after my first couple autocrosses when my rear end was slipping out. It stuck to the ground after that, but now it gets a little squirly now that the tread is wearing down. The front needs to be aligned and im putting new tires up there.

eventually i would like to take out the 15mm spacers in the back and put 25mm's in, then put the 15's up front

im going to set the fronts to -1.0 or -1.5 so 20mm may be a better option. and yeah i still have the splash guards.

got new dunlops. ones with a little more tread life to them. i talked to the mechanic at the tire shop about the Z1 star specs and how they where worn bald in the center and still had tread on the sides with it being a bit under inflated. Both of us couldnt find an explanation for it. But he said it wasnt the first time he has seen it on the Z1's.
