Progressive Insurance, What a joke :) Options

Well, I posted b4 about my car being plowed into by an uninsured handicaped old fart back on Sept. 24, and well, the car has yet to even begun to have repairs made b/c of my insurance company.

Well, that's not too much of a problem b/c they gave me a rental.

Then there was this little incident wed. were I was stoped at a traffic light and got rear ended.

So now I sit here in a neck brace w/pain from 2 car accidents within 3 and a half weeks... neither of which were my fault... w/out my car and no rental.

Well, I get a letter from Progressive today from the wreck on wed. and they're threatening me telling me I'm assuming liability if I don't call them and that they'll make arrangments for my payments.

Now, tell me... is this some sort of joke? I'm stoped at a red light, get plowed into, get taken to the ER, and this guy's insurance company is telling me that if I don't call them back I'm assuming responsibility?

I've talked to my insurance company already, so I'm not worried, but this is just halarious.

On a good note though, I found out my Celica isn't going to be totaled And once approval comes in, the car will be done w/in a week b/c they have the parts in stock
