I know is 1k

can I use it to fill light scratches.

Can i Paint with 2k primer over it.

can I use adhesion promoter before it.

should i seal it before the 2k primer.

should i stay way from it....

if your gonna 2k it, dont use the duplicolor 1k under it, you risk having it lift or peel off.
if your painting a raw plastic part, use the adhesion promotor.

I'd say safe to use. I mean I wouldn't prep an entire car with it, but it worked great when I painted my Kawasaki.
