 Need Help removing stripped Head Bolt, Any Ideas welcome |

I was gonna pull the head off today and change my gasket and one of the bolts is stripped.
its a 12 point star type bolt. I was using a 10mm allen socket which was working fine. However, when i got to one of the bolts, it was already stripped, like whoever took the engine apart before had stripped it. Any Ideas? thanks for any help.... project is now at a stand still.
