If anyone has removed the quarter window glass on a convertible, I'd appreciate some hints.
Can't quite figure out how to disconnect the glass from the motor arm. The factory manual shows a pin with a simple simple hairclip/cotterpin that you remove to disconnect. They must have made changes after the manual was published, because that's not what I have on the car. It's a bolt with a coil spring over it. The head of the bolt is not accessible. |

Just take the whole assembly out, (regulator, motor) I believe its 5 or 6 nuts for both; then you can detach the window from the motor. If you have any more ??s pm me.
