To make things clear - no you do not need spacers. Factory wheel offset is +39. The aftermarket wheels will probably be wider than the factory ones, which will make them look much more flush than stock. Spacers are optional, but certainly not required. I, along with many others here, ran with an offset of +42. Only then do I suggest spacers. So long as you are in the range of +39 to +35 you don't need anything. +39 and higher you would want a spacer, and lower than +35 will probably require fender rolling/stretched tire/large amount of camber etc.

You gotta remember the stock wheels even if those offset numbers are true are still too narrow and tuckeed in for our cars. I have a wider rim and lower offset than mentioned and it is still tucked. rolling fender is not needed the way people drop their cars here, cars are not too low on this site with Tein springs and TRD springs for the most part. you only need to roll fenders when the car is slamm tucked and near the rim of the fender if it is obstructing or touching. spacers are not also a good idea, they put tension on the already short studs. I just don't believe in spacers because the damage they do in the end and even if you got real skinny mm ones, they wouldn't make a difference anyways. Use the sticky, thats the best bet. also you must take into account camber allows more space under that fender since it slants inwards.
