So its Labor Day, and I figured its a good time for a cruise. I wanted to drive to Dublin on the farm roads, but since I had duty, I had to stay local. In an attempt to do so I found what I thought woulda been a good drive. Most of it was fine, with the execption of some bad roads, slow drivers (and guys on bikes sight-seeing....grrrr), and the one poor lizard that "popped" under my tire.
On with the pics---->

This is the route...although next time I'll try to find something that has less residential areas in it....sorry Dillon.

So, while waiting for Dillon to arrive at Casino Beach Park I found this tagged up on the inside of a Porta-Potty...nothing says true love like expressing the way you feel about a girl while droppin a deuce. Thats not the smell of poop, its the smell of true love.

This is when Dillon arrived at the Park, getting ready to make the rest of the trip.

Out in the middle of nowhere.

On Lake Weatherford.....

All in all, not a bad trip. Felt good to get out and take an extended drive. Next one thats up on my list is doing the "Turbine Run". Im doing that on the 14th of October. Kind of like a birthday cruise for me, so if your Fort Worth local and feel like driving to Denton then driving another 102 miles, hit me up.
