hmm empty wallmart parking lot huh? too bad wallmart is like half an hour away from my house, i have tried drifting in the snow in my neighborhood.

yeah...ebrake in the snow is always fun. its the best when someone is in the car with you and they don't know you are going to do it. last week i went to a movie with my girlfriend and when it was done there was a nice layer of snow on the ground. i pulled the brake in the parking lot and spun around...
right before you do it just make sure to watch the person's facial expressions...its a good time

haha yeah, the first time i tried drifting in the snow, my friend was in the car with me, and he didnt know that i was going to try it, and i was hitting this turn at like 30 mph and then pulled the ebrake, and i alomost spun out, and once i looked at him his eyes were shut, he was like omg are we ok? and i was just laughing at him.

There is still rain every once and a while or if you can find a parking lot with gravel (Little Leagues Baseball Lots usually) you can do it. I drifted on it on accident and then started doing 180ºs(cause i couldn't get down donuts).
