ya nology is a good brand have no clue about those ones though. A set ngk irdium are really good. cost about $50 for all four, but of course you have to do your shopping around. they come stock on my 2008 Suzuki GSX-R 750 motorcycle so they must be good.

dont waste your money, just get nickel alloy spark plugs, ie the really cheap regular ones.

NGK Platinum. I believe they are available internationally. You can also get them off of Amazon.com if you can't find a local supplier.

NGK Laser platinium plugs are best unless you are boosting your car then i advise Iridium IX plugs and re-gap them

Iridium are not good plugs... they are known to break and cause engine failure on boosted cars... look it up... fresh standard spark plugs are just fine... air/fuel is what you should be concentrating on... if you're running high boost then run colder plugs...
