I bought a cone filter off of EBAY and It says 3 inch I was wondering does that refer to the Inlet and if it does can u guys guesstamate what the inlet might be so I can buy some piping to make a new intake.

Yeah, that most likely refers to the inlet, but you might be wise to wait until you get it to see.
