CT20B turbo
WRC GEN3 ST205 3sgte steel wheel CT20B turbo. There were only 2500 of these turbos made. The advantage of the WRC steel wheel CT20B is its ability withstand high boost, and aggressive driving compare to the more fragile cermaic CT20B:

Any pics of this mate?
I too have a WRC edition but did not know that this existed? I thought all the Turbo's in the ST205 was the same.

QUOTE (_Jim_ @ Oct 29, 2009 - 7:37 AM) *
This is too funny Mike. I understand you are fustrated about not being able to get your swap running, so I will refrain from being nasty for all to see.

You HAVE NOT called me, left me PM's OR IM'd me since your last post about the Intake. And at that point we spoke that I was shipping it out to, WHICH I DID. If you have no received it, you SHOULD have called me, left me a PM, or sent me an IM, again I have heard nothing since then....so figured you got it without a problem.

I love how twisting a few words around can make it sound like you got ripped off. Yes, you WERE going to buy the motor set I sold you AND the exhaust off Shannons car for 3000 shipped, but plans changed and didnt sell you the exhaust stuff. So you bought a RARE WRC motor for 2600 SHIPPED as stated in the for sale thread. So you paid 400$ more for a rare WRC motor......that I wouldn't see anyway, as that is the cost of shipping.

Now, I dont want to point figures as it is not good practice.....But I DIDNT see any damaged sensors OR cut hoses. In fact, when I had the motor in my garage, the power steering reservoir still had the original power steering fluid IN IT. Why has it taken so long to "find" these damaged parts? You had this motor sitting in your shop for weeks on a pallet and didnt notice anything, were installing the motor and didnt notice anything, had it running for a short while in your car and didnt notice anything.....but NOW there is something wrong?

And yes, the motor WILL start, and HAS started for you. You have issues with your install that are causing you get frustrated...so I will not slight you for that....we have all been there.

Like I said, I have sent the intake tube (which has nothing to do with your car not running well) and I am annoyed you havent received it yet....as now I need to track it down. BUT, I will send you ANOTHER one right away so you dont have anymore down time with the motor.

Like I said before, just call me next time, as I have sent you everything else you asked for or needed. I dont always have my phone on me, BUT I ALWAYS CATCH UP WITH YOU AT SOME POINT.

Jim.. heres the thing.. when I first got the motor i basically did a quick check to look for things that were missing that I knew of.. I didnt know much about the motor so I couldn't really tell u exactly what was missing because I didn't know what things were. Yes it had been sitting in my shop for weeks bc we weren't ready to install it yet. I didn't find that cut power steering hose and sensor hose until like last week when we checked for vacuum leaks. Theres some type of sensor where those 2 hoses plug to and they were both cut.. Its all the way the down the passenger side of the motor near the axle.. theres no way i could have informed you about that hose because I couldn't see that hose when it was on the pallet.. it was hidden.. perhaps I should have checked more thoroughly however.

Yes I have issues with this motor but thats not why Im pissed off at the moment, I have been calling you.. everyday im at the shop I call you but you dont pick up and I have left you a voice mail so please dont sit there and say I haven't because I have.. I rem clearly sending you that voice mail.. it was last week, when we discovered those cut hoses.. I called you immediately and I also mentioned the bad alternator. Im not going to be rude and blow up your phone every day, although I did call you like 5 straight times that week to no avail.

Ill make an attempt and clear this confusion up.. heres what im missing/things that are faulty.

1. the hose that connects to the oil catch can to the intake hose heres a pic

2. the air intake hose that connects to the turbo

3. the power steering hose is cut, as well as the sensor(I have no idea the function at this time) hose. The both connect to a sensor on the engine. It is located below the engine on the passenger side near the passenger side axle

4. The alternator is not charging the battery.. it is faulty

Let me know when your free so I can contact to you about these matters.. again im not an a$$hole, Id just like you to get back to me about this.

Also, Let me know what address you are shipping to and give me a tracking number number also .. Ive called my friend that owns the shop and he says he hasn't gotten a thing.

Again, I have no voice mails OR missed calls from you. But I have heard this from a few people know who have said they have tried to call me.....so I cant say you are lying, I just never received any of them. I have been more than helpful with advice, tips, and shipping parts for you....I dont know why you think this time would be any different.

I dont mind you blowing up my phone....as I told you that when you called me 5+ times a day when you were removing/installing the motor. I am more then willing to help when I can.
