 Blown engine, what should i do |

I have a 95 st and I just started the bondo and body work on it maybe a week ago but the other day I blew the engine running it hot I really love the car and want to know what the best thing to do with it is, other than a 3s swap as i cant afford that at the moment.

Another 7afe?(cheapest swap) or go the 4age route (a little more power).

I've been wondering about the 3s-fe if it would be a somewhat easy swap and if the 5s tranny would bolt right up to it
