Need some simple help not to fail my MOT Options

Hi all

So ive got a front indicator bulb gone in my celica, easy fix i though but it appears that the bulb has like melted itself into the buld holder, so thinking the simple thing to do would be to buy a full unit I have done that. Now I have recieved it the only bit thats missing the bulb holder itself and as the car has failed the MOT it needs to be fixed within a certain amount of time or im gonna have to pay for another MOT. But i cant seemed to find the part any where on the net. I have a 94 6gen GT

If anyone could help it would be most appeciated
