 tom's lip help, install |

Hey i recently just bought and fixed a tom's lip and I was wondering how would I be able to bolt up where the lip sits inside the wheel well to my fender its missing a hole. Also does anyone how i would be able to bolt up a part of it that is missing one of the mounting brackets? there's little mounting brackets on the lip but one of them I guess ripped off, where can i find a replacement and a better question do i need this?

there is really too much brackets on that lip, you don't need to repair that bracket at all.
