I have been bored enough that I thought about doing this just for the hell of it. I have been tossing the idea about moving all my fuses to the glove box as well.
You are going to need to take off your fenders and run your wiring along the outside of the frame rail but behind your fender liner. I suggest buying the plastic tubing to put your wiring in as extra protection. There is really nothing difficult about doing a tuck. Just mark every wire on both sides before you cut them. Extend them, solder, shrink wrap them well and then wrap in electrical tape. The biggest thing is to mark what goes where before you cut them. what i'm really impressed with Coomer's yelli celi was how he relocated all the ignition components, fluid reservoirs, brake lines, and shaved off all the unused screw holes. rerouting the wiring is only one part of the project and quite possibly the easier part. so far only Coomer has been the only one to pull it off.. nicely.

For the celicas, yes. It is not that hard to do, every hipster/VW owner is doing it. Now the honda kids have joined in and once the honda kids do it you know its kindergarden level work. Now, all the OP said was wire tuck. If he wants to do a full on Bay tuck I can go into further details on relocating everything. But on a stock car I find it pretty pointless as it is not going to make your life easier when working on the car. You will need to pull the motor for this to happen though. Keep in mind I was forced to spend a fortune to undo a lot of that wire tucking and relocating. Sure, it looks good, but is hardly functional. I had to put the main fusebox back into the engine bay to keep it from filling with water and shorting out. -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money
