PayPal Settlement Fund Options

"The Settlement provided for $9.25 million to be paid into a settlement fund to be used (i) to make payments to class members who submitted valid claims; (ii) to pay certain costs of giving notice to the
class and of settlement administration, as approved by the Court; and (iii) to pay attorneys' fees and expenses to class counsel in the amount awarded by the Court."

Out of that 9.25 million $2.15 million is available to be distributed to long-form claimants. Crooked Lawyers made +$7.1 million dollars out of this.

"Class Counsel estimate that $302,000 of the long-form settlement fund will be paid to class members to compensate them for their Out-Of-Pocket Damages."


"Class counsel anticipate that final approval of the long-form plan of allocation will be made by the end of April 2006 and that long form settlement funds will be paid by the end of May 2006."

I lost a little under 5k - so I hope i'll get at least $3500 + out of pocket expense back. Not sure if any one else on here is involved in this, but I've been waiting a long time for this.
