I believe they are the same until the header. I think the down pipe from the block and header are different.

All of the mounting locations for the exhaust are the same between GT and ST. I believe that the only difference is that the Coupe/Convertible mufflers have a longer tip than the mufflers for the hatchback, but that does not interfere with installation at all. The front pipe (the pipe that connects the header to the cat) is different from the GT to ST, and depending on the year and model of the car, may have 1 or 2 sensors, and may have 1 or 2 cats. Depending on the year of the ST, it may or may not have a sensor located after the 2nd cat.

Don't forget the muffler. I'm not sure about the flowability of the muffler, but the GT muffler has a larger outlet than the ST muffler.

negative, the GT muffler came with a tip over the stock exhaust pipe... the outlet is not actually larger....
hangers are the same
94-95 is one cat/o2
96-99 is two cars/o2s

Mine doesn't have an exhaust tip on it. It's just the outlet of the muffler and it's bigger than what's on the Camry's or ST's. I'm just comparing my GT to my ST though.

My GT exhaust:

My ST parts car, but my ST DD had the same exhaust- It's hard to see but the tip is just a touch smaller. I think the rest of the piping is all the same size though??
