 Stering wheel feels too lose ?????, Is this bad or is this how its supposed to feel |

I just bought my 98 celica gt and ive noticed it kinda seems like there is a little late reaction. But maybe its just how the car drives. It seems "loose" in the steering. Is this a problem or is this how its supposed to feel.
