hi found this shifter on ebay and wandering would it fit my 97 gt. and do the 7th gen celica shifter fit our 6th gen i seen many do it but i want to double check and advise would hlep thanks. oh yea and will the 94 shift cable fit the 97?

Yes, I've seen people here install it. It fits, UNLESS there's one that is ST202/ST204 specific.

i have the 7th gen shifter in my car and it is amazzing
 i love it, its easy to install too.. i def recommend it if ur looking to do one.. 35 bucks on ebay and 30-45 min of ur time to put it in.. $35 compared to $280... hmmm .. ill take the $35 lol
