 Climate control, what do I have to replace? |

I have a climate control panel as shown in the first picture. I would like to install another type of climate control panel, as shown in the second picture.
I know that my climate control's switches operate by cables, but i don't know how does the other type operate. The question is: what else do I need to change (or modify), except for the climate control panel? Of course, I would like every button to work perfectly.
