white smoke can be fuel as well, rich is black smoke, fuel in the exhaust being boiled out is white smoke....like rolling billowing clouds that look like a fog that rolled in from the sea.

FYI its all fixed. after running the fuel pressure tester back to autozone, the smoke had stopped completely. as I suspected, it was just the starting fluid or extra gas that wasnt burning off in the cylinders. Thanks to everyone for the advice.
