should i use these side skirts, i like jdm look better? even stock buttt... Options

soo i picked these up cheap from a buddy who wrecked his celica and never got to use them. these were imported from europe and these are the (flash skirts) may be called other things but just going off what he said. i also would like to use the trd splitters with this, do u think it would look dumb? and should i even use them??
