My cars revs go up and down like crazy, even when its idling.

When this occurs while I'm driving it makes my car jerk.

Help please.

make sure your spark plug wires are in correct, my car was jumping like crazy every other day because the 3rd spark plug wire was popping up and down

lots of things could cause this - you could have your plug wires in the wrong order and you're getting a misfire, have you replaced your spark plugs recently?

A vacuum leak could cause this too, check all your vacuum hoses and make sure they're all connected. Could be your TPS is off, your IAC is clogged, all or none of the above.

In order to best help you, you need to tell us what you've done recently to the car. I'm assuming this didn't just start out of nowhere, it rarely does.

No I haven't replaced my spark plugs recently.

I've installed a K&N air intake recently and that's about it.
