Was leaving my school today when someone backed into me. My driver side rear wheel well is dented and scratched. About 2 feet of denting and scratching. When he hit me he didn't stop, he kept going. I laid on my horn and he skidded out of the parking lot.
Calling the school as we speak to report it. Pictures up later. So much for a dent free Celica

That's the bad part. The truck doesn't go to our school. I have never seen it before and it didn't have the high school permit on it's rear view mirror. All I know is a color. It was a faded light green lifted truck with a male driver that looked like he was 25-30. I don't know the license plate number, the guys name, nothing. And I did try to chase him down but my Celica has the low-idle-when-cold problem where it dies from a cold start. So I had to sit there and let it warm up before I could even try to find him. I did go through neighborhoods and try to find him but it was too late. EDIT: No cameras either. ah.... school... I hate it's parking lots... that's where i got hit too. but it was in the middle of winter in WI and snow covered it up til I went to wash it... and
by then it was too late. that's why i ALWAYS park in our ramp in the very corners of the it where i get the most space and no one touches my car. sorry to hear it happen to u too. hope you get him. would make me happy knowing someone got what they deserved.

that sucks, i know the feeling i got hit almost exactly in the same spot it sucked, but mine was so bad i had to hammer the fender back in when i got home, it can be fixed cheap though, but i really hope you find him

i have similair damage in the exact same spot on the passenger side, an F-350 swiped me at 35

 Yeah, it happens to everyone at some point. Three times to my Celica and once to my SC430. Three times it was a hit-and-run, one time the driver stayed because there were too many witnesses around.
