 Steering seem stuck? |

Hi all, I am having a problem with my car steering, and it's feel kind of weird. I know my alignment is off but after a week of driving in the rain, my steering is acting weird. When I turn my car my steering seem stuck and not as smooth as before. It would get stuck when I turn about 1/3 of the way. This only happen recently and I am planning to swap out my tie end rod and ball joint along with end links. Would this solve the problem or is there something else wrong with it?

Without actually seeing it I would say yes that will fix it, but if it doesn't it will most likely be the actual steering rack.
