Smaay, I have this exact code. I have taken some pictures with hope that you can clarify which VSV you are referring to.

the CCV is this one between my hands on a 99


here is a better pic. this is from my engine removal thread, i call it the EVAP purge so im not sure which job it has

so its under the master cylinder? I went out to the car and looked... and sure enough it's right where you say it is. Do you happen to know the part number so I can order a new one?
