hey guys todays my s54 tranny has been givin me trouble shifting and im not sure why. i drove to my uncles next door and everythin was fine, the car sat for 30min or so then when i went to leave the car would not go into gear. i pushed pretty hard on the shifter and had to force it into first and eventually second and it hesitated into 3rd ( i didnt do 4th or 5th bc it was only 3 houses over) then down shifting was rough too. once i had the car back in the driveway i had the car running and tried and put it in gear and nada, it wouldnt go in unless i forced it really hard which i didnt want to do. i shut the car off and it went thru all 5 gears and reverse with no problem. try and start it up again and it wont go into gear.

now i let the car sit for about 15min then started it back up and everything was fine again. then a lil while later i went to pick up my brother and the whole drive thru town it was hesitating to go into eqch gear and had to to it forcefully kinda. (is that classified as slipping?) i mean it doesnt slip out of gear so i dont think the clutch is messed up, its my first 5spd and i havent had to replace the clutch yet, so wat does it sound like to you guys?
