Not specifically 6GC related but must be shared for epicness-

Today, on the way home I saw 5 motorcycle cops pulling people over and another one radaring on the overpass right near my house. So I got home, grabbed a half sheet of drywhall and spray painted SPEED TRAP SLOW DOWN!! on it. Then I stood on the side of Interstate 20 for an hour waving my 4 foot sign at traffic.
I feel like Superman now!

Did you do a write up on it? There's a link for one in the sticky, but the link is dead. kindasad.gif

here's what Diego told me:
CODE
cut a square plastic on the back of the taillights where the amber is. there is a small screw that hold the amber light, removed then and carefully start breaking the amber with any tools you have. ones you have removed put the plastic back and use a silicone to sealbot again.

There is.. Involves heating up the entire tail light them pulling the lens like you would a headlight them breaking up the amber. smile.gif

I'm not sure which is more detrimental. tongue.gif My luck the tail light would either break and/or never seal properly again. Then again, I have exhaust and air intake to take care of first, along with seats. tongue.gif

A coworker asked me about how I imported my car so we chatted for a good 5 mins and everything was going well, until at the end he goes and says "well, i guess that's how you bring in a piece of $hit car into the country" and walked away. at first i was like wtf and offended, but then i realized it was more of a matter of opinion so if he thinks my car is a POS, then that's fine with me because I still think my car is the best car that can be had for under $5k.

Wtf? I don't understand how... nvm. Lmao. What does he drive, out of curiosity?

Today I discovered my lower hose leaking again. UGH! I think I need to replace it. Apparently new two years ago isn't new anymore and it's formed to the shape/texture of the old radiator... the new slick aluminum outlets are arguing with it internally.

Go in tomorrow and ask him if he knows what Ford stands for. Then tell him that Ford=Found on road dead. Then backwards it's driver returns on foot. Then go on about how people drive trucks and don't use them in a practical sense are compensating. tongue.gif

How do you make a ford go faster?
Get out and push it.

Why are newer Fords so aerodynamic?
To improve the fuel economy of Chevy tow-trucks.

If someone says - First On Race Day - last to the finish line
Or, yeah but it takes an expert team of mechanics two weeks to get one decent run.
