I don't know if the title is clear, but what I want to do is turn off the turn signal lights whenever my lights are on. The orange just doesn't flow with my HIDs and fogs and I just want to stop it from turning on, but still able to use the light to signal my turns. Has anyone ever done this?

there are 3 wires going to the bulb harness, cut the green one.

They'll still blink when the stalk is used in the car though, right?

Yeah. The green wire provides power when your headlights are turned on. One wire is ground, and the other one is the blinking circuit.
