HEEELPPPPP-coilover setup, help with coilovers Options

I have KYB GR2 struts, front and back. I just purchased coilovers off of NOPI (Ground Control was tpp expensive at that time so i got the cheaper ones). ON the front coilovers, there is a round cone type shape on the top of the coilovers, and as far as the suspension goes there are two pressure plates with a bearing in the middle. I put the cone on the top and it ruined my pressure plate. So i took that cone off and just let the pressure plates sit on top of the coilover, this cause the spring to rub the coil-over sleeveand make noise, im currently riding like this and this has once again messed up my pressure plates!!!!! I NEED HELP, does anyone know how to setup these coilovers correctly??????? i hate when my car is hurt, it makes noise.......HELP!
