the description explains it pretty well. I just finished swapping my fully built 2nd gen 3sgte and w/my foot on the gas i can keep the car running and it sounds good from 2k-6k but once i move toward idle it wants to die so I'm thinking its a vacuum issue.
1- timing should be good. cams are set to the 0 mark with the pully set to tdc and the dizzy is set in the middle 2- tps is set in the center, but i'm not sure if idle sensor or afm are correct...? 3- all fuel is good. stock injectors, fps, fuel rail and new walbro pump 4- egr deleted, throttle body is good, all gaskets and mechanics are good, including new spark plugs and wires. turbo is boosting pretty strong, though it will need a rebuild soon. soooo.... ideas? any help would be greatly appreciated. including anyone will to call and chat w/my mechanic. whom i took it to because i was getting thoroughly frustrated. Thanks for any advice you might have. This post has been edited by cjh4l22: Sep 29, 2011 - 1:22 PM -------------------- proud =3sgte SWAPPED= '95 Celica ST owner [calling it the GT2 or half-trac]
