Its not a big issue, except for the amount of time i need to spend pumping gas to fill the tank.
But I am wondering why it does it, and if anyone else has the problem? So when I am pumping gas (any gas station) I can only pull the trigger about half way, if i go any further you feel the trigger just fall (as if it were full) and wont pump any more. I dont get why it does it, ive pumped gas for several other cars, and i can just squeeze the trigger and its fine. But mine I need to wait like 5 mins filling up! ugh Wasnt sure if that meant i had like a leak in the filler neck or something? My tank doesnt leak that i see anyhow, nothing obvious maybe a little seeping? anyway thanks for any info, and does anyone have this problem? -------------------- |

What?I dont have this problem... From what ive read gas pumps have some kind of vacuum on the tip and when gas gets sucked into it, the pump shuts off...I usually set that little metal clip on full speed, then explain to the gas station badass that my car is in fact not an integra...or i go wash the windshield or something..

thats happened to me b4.. to me this is what happened lol ur pushing the gas pump to hard or tight against the whole if that makes sense.. basically when u put the nozzel in ur tank dont shove the nozzle redic tight against it. to me it seemed like the pumping process needed to breathe like if u have a lil 5 gallon tank of gas it has that lil breather cap at the end, thats wats happening to you, well i kno when i stopped shoving it in and held it just ever so slightly on and angle it works fine .. idk worked for me

Same problem for me here... Never bothered me much exept when I barely push it and it keeps falling. Just puch the trigger half way and it'll be as fast as pushing it in further.
It is annoying, but it's not related to the car, I think it depends on some gas station. |

I thought that meant there there is a leak in the smaller line next to the gas line..the pressure line no?
