Anyone good at removing these pins?

I havent attempted it on the ecu plug but most of the connectors on my toyota are like this-

There is a piece of plastic a different color on the face of the plug, remove it with a small flat screwdriver.

Now you can look down into the pins, they are either held in by a spring-like section on the metal contact or a plastic tab that acts in a similar fashion. Depress the tab while pulling the wire out of the connector
