charge cooler waterpump??????, Did not get one in my st205 swap, as well as relay box for it. Options

K, so motor is in car everything ready 2 go, just waiting on Dr. Tweak 2 send back my wire harness 2 hook up n start....find out now that engine will throw a code cause cannot read IC Pump, and ECU will go into some kind of protection mode, and not allow 2 go over 7psi on turbo...????
Question is:
Is there a way for Dr. Tweak 2 bypass this, so that the ECU is tricked, and will not know the wiser....
OR,
The bosch waterpump I have set-up on the car already, run off a toggle switch inside the car, can he make it so the ECU reads that pump instead.....
Remember, I dont have the relay box or relay, that apparently mounts on the Rad.
There has 2 be a way.
