Fuel pump won't turn on????? Help, Wiring harness configured... Options

Hey guys, so, recently I received my st205 engine wiring harness back from Dr Tweak, who reconfigured it 2 plug n play, in my 94 GT,
Just finished wiring up everything yesterday, and went 2 turn key, it was turning over very well, and strong! But couldn't get it to fire...not even chug a little bit, just turns over??? Which I am still happy about, considering I had no key start before I sent harness away 2 be reconfigured.
I noticed my fuel pump is not turning on, but will turn on when spliced through the diagnostic box, ( you know, loop a wire between B+ and W i think, and pump will stay on all the time) I did this, just to see if I could start it, and even with fuel pump full bore it just kept cranking, even with fuel pump on....
Question is: What do I need to check so fuel pump runs properly?/ runs
Why is my car just turning over, even with fuel present, must mean I have no spark i guess, changed rotor and cap a little bit ago, would that effect the timing, and starting sequence so much that it won't even fire,

HELP PLEASE!! ( need input ).
