That's a nasty pot hole.
It may be different in the US, but here in Australia if that happens you can generally claim through your insurance, and the insurance company will go after the local council responsible for the road. In that case you don't have to pay an excess and your no claim bonus isn't affected. Might be worth calling your insurer if you haven't already? -------------------- |
