I think the real key is knowing the car. If you actually tune it on the dyno and do it correctly you'll know enough about the car that you can tell when something is wrong even if your gages aren't 100%. The one gage that I really worry about is the knock monitor. If the car is knocking, something is wrong. Basically any other problem will lead back to that. |
