Yah, I'm not taking it personally Coomer . Autometer is defnitely second tier stuff. You get what you pay for. I think for most things tho, they do the job quite well. Especially considering that factory gages are all completely worthless (including tachs).

I think the real key is knowing the car. If you actually tune it on the dyno and do it correctly you'll know enough about the car that you can tell when something is wrong even if your gages aren't 100%. The one gage that I really worry about is the knock monitor. If the car is knocking, something is wrong. Basically any other problem will lead back to that.
