my question is does that "B" mean the b+ of the cpu ? (efi main relay)

Its a 205 thing.
Its how you fool the ecu into thinking the water pump is still there after you have removed it (For the fitment of a front mount) (so not code 54). As for what B is im not sure. oh, well if i could get my hands on an ST205 then I would have known that. but thanks to the peoples republic of communits california, its never gonna happen

If you have a wiring diagram follow it back to its source. here is the diagram i have, its say : from cds fuses 27-3 i dont know what is this, if someone knows.. here you can see from the inc pump the B and the wire from b lead to inc relay and go to cds fuses 27-3
