Sorry. Didn't know wether I should post this in this thread or the FS/WTB thread. Anyways. I'm planning on getting a new set of wheels. I want to get the Enkei RPF1 and it seems rather cheap on this website. It's about $100 off the average price for a set of 17s? Any idea?

www.getyourwheels.com

EDIT: It's CONFIRMED! This website is safe! I got my rims today and it came with Valve Stems! Got a good bargain. Bought the staggered set of Enkei RPF1 17x8 5x100 +35m, +45. All four wheels cost me 820 plus tax 75.75 and the total was 895.75. That's with free shipping also. wink.gif

Go look at TireRack, they do free shipping and are a trusted company.

Thanks for the site but the thing is I can get the rims off the website I was talking about for $826 plus the free shipping and military discount. Which I haven't contacted to see what it is. In other words. I just want to know if this site is safe since it's about $100 cheaper from every where else that I've looked. I'd like to save that extra money for the alignment and tires AKA other stuff. Lol.

$884 for the set from TireRack standard price. Idk, maybe even cheaper on eBay.

I checked ebay. Cheapest one I found on there was $972. On TireRack it came out to be $972 also. The specs of the rims I wanted was 17x8 +35. its 884 for the 16s.

Ahhh, ok. Try seeing if they're listed on the Better Business Bureau website. If they have a good rating there, I'd say they're ok.

Did some quick Googling. They seem legit.

I done some googling and so far it's all legit. Haven't seen a scam post about it yet.

Just contacted them about the Military discount and they offered 2 Enkei RPF1 17x8 +45 and 2 Enkei RPF1 17x8 +35 for 820 shipped. Sounds like a good deal to me. Lol. Only thing is. Will I have to roll my fenders? I'm riding on lowering springs btw. The +45 offset is going to go in the front and the +35 offset is going to the rear.

I think you'll need spacers before you need to roll the fenders. I'm pretty sure the wheels I have now are +35 and I was fine until I put the spacers on.

Well..................change of mind. Sounded too fishy to me to give it a shot. I don't want to put so much money on a website that no one has experience from. I'd rather order it if he has it. Here's our E-mail convo. The convo starts from the bottom up btw. I just copied and pasted it from my Email.

Ken,

These will be sold out by then. If you want them I would need an order to make sure I can get a set for you.

The Military discount is based on a case by case basis.

What wheels and or wheels and tires were you looking at?

Sounds good. What size tires are you running on?

After a long time of hunting and asking around. A friend of mine says he's tried this website before and it came clean. I'm going to put my trust in his hands. If all goes good. I'll let you all know. This site is a lot more cheaper compared to others. Cross my fingers!

I think I have 225/45/17. There was a review on a BMW forum that said basically the same thing, wheels are on backorder, it'll be a month, etc. That guy was satisfied overall. They seem to be a legitimate site, although that does seem slightly shady to place an order now or don't get the wheels at all.

I found out they sponsored 6 different car forums. They sponsored 6speedonline.com, my350z.com, clublexus.com, myg37.com, and I forgot the other 2.......
