Oil pan gasket? Not a solid gasket, it's sealed with Toyota black FIPG (form-in-place gasket) -- which is a step up from Permatex and the like.

Valve cover gasket? Buy replacement, with grommets for the spark plug tubes (will be included if you buy from Toyota), remove valve cover by undoing the nuts around the spark plug tubes. Carefully scrape the mating surfaces clean with something such as a plastic razor -- don't use metal or you risk damaging the surfaces -- then replace gasket while applying a little FIPG to the corners around the cam.

Oil pump seal? Too long an explanation, either get a repair manual or a mechanic.

Toyota should have had to recall all cars with that POS oil pump cover seal.
