Alright, i changed this since no one could help me on the fuel line. I'm thinking my wires are crossed or something, but whenever i try to turn the key i can hear a relay click thats its, nothing else, no its not the starter!!! well then when i try to take the key out it will not go all the way left, so i have to unhook the battery and then it will come out free. Any thoughts as to what it might be? I'm thinking of just goign to a junk yard and getting a fuse box on the driver side so i can see if that might be the problem...

neutral safety switch.

try shorting the pin that has a small wire on the starter to 12v. with key on. see if the car starts.

alright went out there got it to turn over, i checked my wires and i tried making sure they were connecting good, then i plugged the wire harnesses back in and it tried turning over. now the fun part. I mentioned when i was in my wreck my fuel filter was pushed back and right at the connection on the bottom it cracked, i tried repairing it and it still squirted gas everywhere. Would it be a better idea just to go ahead and replace the whole line. Reason im asking is ive already got it disconnected on the bottom half where all i need to do now is disconnect it from the fuel pump, but i need to know where i should get a new line. any help would be appreciated. Thanks
