I see a power steering thread here already but if this isn't in the right spot, mods feel free to move this.
So in the summer when I start my car I can immediately turn the wheel and it moves easily...but in the winter when I start my car it takes a second for the power steering kicks in...however before the power steering kicks in, the car makes a honking (sometimes for a prolonged period of time when its REALLY cold) sound and then the power steering kicks in. What could that be, and how do I fix it? I only ASSUME that's it's power steering. |
