 Panel fuse keeps blowing! |

ok so i thought it was just the panel fuse , but when i replace the fuse, all the lighting works, but as soon
as a i release my emergency brake everything goes black, and the fuse breaks, if i dont use the ebrake everything still stays lit, whats the issue here??? |
