Just a little over two weeks. I wish I could say I'm in for sure. My buddy at work doesn't know if he can switch me yet, but I'll talk to management and see if I can get a day off anyway, but I doubt it. I'm doing my best to make it.

BEAMS is nothing special. That V6 will be the motor to see.

I'm really hoping I can make it. I have a lot going on that week but I'm hoping to be there.

Edit: I'm in. I'm not too familiar with Ohio so I'll definitely be needing exact directions but I can make it to Tar Hollow.

10 day forecasts are never very accurate, but looking ahead I see a 60% chance of rain and 65 degrees. Should hopefully be a pretty nice day

Anyone got an address for tar hollow yet?

The address for the offices there are:
16396 Tar Hollow Rd, Laurelville, OH

I've not been there, but it seems there are multiple shelter/picnic locations there. Does someone who's been there have an idea of where exactly we are meeting once we get in the park? Looking at the website's map it seems there's a lot of stuff on Park Road 10/Township Highway 202 near Pine Lake, so my guess is we're meeting somewhere around there.

But I also have bad news.
I am going to St. Louis for the sweet 16 game on Friday. Hoping OU can pull the UNC upset. I could make it to tar hollow, but I'll have at least 3 other people with me, and we'll be crashing at family's house, and you know how getting out of there is..... I'm not sure I'll be there - Ya'll might need cooking stuff then...

it was 1964 the last time OU made it to the round of 16 in the tourny... and it wasn't even 64 teams then.... I have a FREE ticket and FREE lodging in STL and the vehicle i'm driving gets 39mpg.... I almost can't afford not to go! lol - I'll try to figure this out over the course of the next couple days, I might drive the Celica to Louisville so I can leave when I want and have someone else follow in the Aveo so we can take that to STL.

But on a side note. Use your heads guys This is a park with picnic area, those permanent charcoal grills are everywhere. Someone just has to bring a bag of charcoal and some lighter fluid and a spatula and a fork.... and of course have proper knowledge of how to grill with charcoal as it is a more delicate process than one expects.

I'll try to finalize my plans to see if I can make it, But I intend on definitely going to STL. I'll see what I can do about making it back.
