Small update posted in anger
Just missed the fedx guy since i was in the garage
He drove right by me too an waved so i have to wait till noon tomorrow for it
But i did get the drivers side axle put back in an the the newest set of stickers from jasontx put on

Harness just showed up
cant wait to put in on an hopefully hear her run

I got about 70% of the harness hooked up
Hopefully ill beable to finish it up after work today

Ok guys i need some help
I got 99.999999% of everything hooked up
She cranks then the ground wires start to smoke
Wats causing my problem

direct short somewhere? Do they smoke with the car on ACC? or ON?

Are any fuses popped?

Check your grounds from the motor to chassis. Make sure the surfaces are clean.

Only seems to do it while cranking
On while just the key is on
An its only seems to be doin it from the chassis end of the ground

I cleaned them all
Im gonna replace the wires an go from there

Do you have a test light? I'd check to see if those wires are hot instead of ground wires. Any chance of pictures?

Well i swapped out 2 of the grounds an the smoking has stopped
Now to figure out why my fuel pump isnt kicking on

Oh an the harness mr220v made for me seems to work great
Everything plugs right in an you would almost think it was factory
(Im sure the fuel pump has something i done not his harness)
id send him another harness in a heartbeat if i was to do this swap again

SHE JUST STARTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then died in about 30 seconds due to almost no vac lines bein hooked up yet
Buts she started
I typed fuel into the search function under the wiring section an boom found my answer.
It was the stupid relay that was beside the stock esu i forgot to plug it in
So its official we need a face palm button

But as of right now im as happy as a fat kid eatin birthday cake

Yeah He was so happy that I went to bed around 230am being sick and helping him on the car that He came in and woke me up just to tell me it started....lol I gotta love him for his passion to keep at it but I could kill him for waking me up

The relay was mounted to the side of the old 5sfe ecu
An from what i understand its in the same place on a 7afe ecu too
